Shipping Information – Hoss & Roo

At Hoss & Roo, we're committed to providing you with the best service possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Timeline:
Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to ship your items. Often, we can get them out even sooner! We ship all orders via USPS from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email for your convenience.
Delivery Within the USA:
After your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 5-7 business days. If you've paid with an e-check through PayPal, please note that we'll ship your order once the payment has cleared.
Tracking Your Order:
If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, be sure to check your junk/spam folder. Still can't find it? No worries – just email us, and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping Issues:
Once you have your tracking number, any shipment issues should be handled by the U.S. Postal Service. You can reach them at usps.com or call (800) 275-8777. If your package is marked "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office. Unfortunately, delivery issues are out of our hands once the USPS has taken possession of your order.
